EXPLANATORY NOTES
Before progressing with the Employee Progress Report, please kindly familiarize yourself with the following guide in establishing each circle in the areas of excellent, good, fair and poor. It is important that you establish all the following facts before making a final decision. Please utilize the checklist as a guide in ensuring the employee is very fairly assessed. It is important that post the completion of the process, the respective employee is advised of his or her strengths and opportunities in order for the employee to progress.
