Our friendly and helpful Hostesses wear distinctive floral uniforms whilst displaying prominent signs bearing Agent’s name and branding, before directing them to our Airport Lounge at the Nadi International Airport concourse. Clients are briefed during exchange of vouchers, and then shown to transport for the hotel.
Our staff will reconfirm clients’ onward services and will also help with general information, and any other assistance required. They will also assist with lost luggage, sickness, amended flights, etc, as well as on-the-spot changes with regards to hotels or other services
